3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges, up to the full cost of the service booked.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers; however, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, and road closures.

We reserves the right to refuse service to any person deemed to be behaving inappropriately or hazardously.
